Justin is a sales associate at KPI International Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage in South Florida. Justin works in the residential sector, specializing in distressed properties. His start in real estate was in Aspen, Colorado, with Lester Development, a custom home builder, learning both the property management and construction side of real estate. Justin strives for the highest level of client satisfaction. He listens to and understands his client's goals and ambitions to create an outcome that achieves their vision. Moving to Florida in 2019, Justin’s focus has been on sourcing deals for investors in Central and South FL. Mixing his knowledge in real estate and construction, he is well-versed in finding various value add opportunities for Investors looking to grow in the South Florida markets and build his portfolio. Aside from real estate, Justin is an avid golfer and enjoys staying as active as possible, playing hockey and boxing.
